Man who eats breakfast at Dunkin Donuts and favorite films are the Saw series is allowed to vote This is paraphrased but nonetheless the title still presents the same ironic and sarcastic intentions the actual title displays. It's often hard to distinguish the tone of a title when it lacks punctuation, but in this case, the trivial matter of what the man enjoys personally paced with the statement that he's allowed to vote is  clearly said in a condescending and sarcastic manner. Following the absurdity of the title, the content gets even funnier. The whole article revolves around the dialogue of the man discussing his love for Dunkin Donut breakfasts and the Saw series while having the writer make condescending remarks about how this man is the deciding factor to the election.
